Membership Appointments & Cancellations:

Members must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of their monthly membership appointment.

Restrictions on Membership Credit Usage:

Membership credit cannot be applied to in-house specials, promotions, skin care or discounted packages. It is only valid for regular-priced treatments and services within the clinic.

Membership credit does not accumulate or roll over to the next month. If the credit is not used within the month that it is issued, it will expire.
